반품 및 환불 정책 (Return & Refund Policy)

1. 반품 가능 기간

상품 수령 후 7일 이내에 반품 요청이 가능합니다.

You can request a return within 7 days after receiving the item.

2. 반품 가능한 경우

 

• 상품에 하자가 있는 경우

• 잘못된 상품이 배송된 경우

• 표시된 정보와 실제 상품이 다른 경우

  Return is accepted if the product is defective, wrong, or different from the description.

3. 반품이 불가한 경우

 

• 단순 변심

• 사용 흔적이 있는 경우

• 고객 부주의로 인한 손상

  Returns are not accepted for change of mind, used products, or damage caused by the customer.

4. 환불 절차

반품된 상품 확인 후 3–7영업일 내로 결제 방법에 따라 환불됩니다.

After the returned item is inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.

5. 배송비 안내

 

• 상품 하자의 경우: 판매자가 부담

• 단순 변심의 경우: 고객 부담

  If the product is defective, we cover shipping. If it’s due to change of mind, customer pays.
